500/- (Five Hundred) bank draft/pay-order in favor Registrar, Chittagong from any branch of Bangladesh Agrani/Janata Bank Ltd., 03 (three) copies of recent passport size attested photographs along with the original set of application form and attested copies of all educational qualifications, experience and citizenship certificates along with mark sheets must reach the undersigned by the due date.
