BCH Job Circular 2022
The Customs Administration under the National Board of Revenue conducts its operations following the provisions delineated in the Customs Act, 1969. In order to accommodate the trade facilitation provisions of the WCO Revised KYOTO Convention and the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, the NBR has undertaken a task to amend its existing Customs Act. Accordingly, a new Customs Act in Bangladesh will be enacted soon. The Draft New Customs Bill will soon be placed at the National Parliament for enactment.
