Founded in 1992 as a non-governmental organization, our mission is to eradicate poverty and stabilize social security for underprivileged women across the country.Shakti initially established a pilot microfinance program to provide small loans for income generation to women living in Dhaka slums.

Salary Offered:
- Trainee Officer : BDT 20,000/-
- Branch Manager : BDT 32,500 – 39,000/-
- Area Supervisor : BDT 44,000 – 47,000/-
- Finance Supervisor : BDT 38,300 – 39,300/-
- Medical Assistant : BDT 16,500/-
How to Apply:
As training fee for Area Supervisor, Finance Supervisor, Branch Manager Rs. 5,000 should be deposited. Apprenticeship period for the mentioned posts 2 – 4 is 6months. Interested and eligible candidates should submit full CV, 02 copies of recent color photographs, all educational qualification certificates in case of experienced candidates, details of joining service and last working day should be mentioned in the application form and experience certificates should be attached, photocopy of national identity card and two non-relative as reference.
