It was established in 2007 and started four-year undergraduate courses from the 2008–2009 session. In 2010, honourable prime minister Sheikh Hasina formally inaugurated the new campus of JUST.

আবেদনকারীকে নিম্নস্বাক্ষরকারী অফিস অথবা ওয়েবসাইট (www.just.edu.bd) থেকে ১০০.০০ টাকা মূল্যের আবেদন ফরম সংগ্রহ করে প্রয়োজনীয় সকল কাগজপত্র সহ ০১ সেট স্বহস্তে লিখিত আবেদন অধ্যক্ষ, যবিপ্রবি স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ, যশোর ৭৪০১ বরাবরে আগামী ২৬ মার্চ ২০২০ তারিখ অফিস চলাকালীন সময়ে পৌঁছাতে হবে। উল্লেখ্যে যে, ফরমের মূল্য ১০০/- আবেদনপত্রের সাথে সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।
আবেদনপত্রের সাথে নিম্নলিখিত তথ্যাদি সংযুক্ত করতে হবে-
(ক) শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, অভিজ্ঞতা (যদি থাকে), প্রশিক্ষণ সংক্রান্ত ও অন্যান্য সকল প্রকার সামরিক সদর ও নম্বরপত্র।
(খ) সদ্য তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ০৩ (তিন) কপি রঙিন ছবি।
(গ) নাগরিকত্ব/জন্মসদনের অনুলিপি। বয়স গণনার ক্ষেত্রে ২৬-০৩-২০২০ তারিখ পর্যন্ত হিসাব করতে হবে।
